Instructions for Use & Terms for Customized Creations

The customized creations of Maran Creations by MyStates are made upon special request or according to the customer’s specifications and may include personalized elements, colors, names, designs, dedications, logos, special dimensions or other adjustments.

Due to their nature, these products may differ from photos, samples, mockups or previous creations.

Order Details Confirmation

The customer must carefully check:

• names,
• dates,
• texts,
• colors,
• dimensions,
• design options,
• and any other information that is sent or approved.

The company is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies arising from data, instructions or approvals provided by the customer.

After confirmation or approval of the layout, design or order, any change may:

• not be technically feasible,
• require new production time,
• or incur an additional charge.

Photos, Samples and Variations

Product photos, mockups, samples or presentations are indicative.

Due to:

• handmade production,
• different materials,
• lighting,
• device screens,
• natural properties of materials,
• or batch variations,
  there may be small differences in:
• color,
• texture,
• size,
• scent,
• decoration,
• finish,
• or overall appearance.

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

Copyright and Customer Material

If the customer sends:

• logos,
• photos,
• designs,
• names,
• files,
• texts,
• or other material,
  they declare and guarantee that they hold the necessary usage rights and license to use them.

The company shall not be liable for:

copyright infringement,
trademark infringement,
or any third-party claim

arising from material provided by the customer.

The company reserves the right to refuse the creation or use of material that it considers:

unlawful,
offensive,
dangerous,
or likely to infringe third-party rights.

Production and Delivery Time

Production and delivery times are indicative and may vary due to:

workload,
availability of materials,
transport delays,
technical difficulties,
or other factors beyond the company's reasonable control.

The company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

third parties,
transport companies,
delayed approval by the customer,
or subsequent changes to the order.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom or personalized products made specifically for the customer may be excluded from the right of withdrawal or return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation of an order after production has started may result in:

charges for materials,
charges for labor,
or partial / total loss of the advance payment,

depending on the stage of production.

Product Inspection Upon Receipt

The customer must inspect the product upon receipt.

In case of an issue or possible defect:

use must be discontinued,
the product must not be modified or repaired,
and the company must be informed immediately, with photographs and a description of the issue.

The company reserves the right to inspect the product before any replacement, return or other action.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

variations related to the handmade nature of the product,
minor differences from samples or photographs,
errors in details approved by the customer,
damage caused by improper use or storage,
delays caused by third parties,
use beyond the intended purpose,
or any indirect or consequential damage, to the extent permitted by law.

Use and receipt of the product implies acceptance of the above terms and instructions.
