Jewelry Use & Care Instructions

The products of Maran Creations by MyStates are handmade and/or decorative items and are intended exclusively for the use for which they were created.

Please read the following instructions carefully before use.

General instructions for use

• Jewelry must be used with care and only for decorative / clothing purposes.
• They are not toys and must not be used by children without adult supervision.
• Some products may include small parts, sharp elements, glass, metal, beads, wires or other individual materials that may cause injury in case of improper use.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not sleep while wearing the product.
• Do not use the product during sports activities, intense physical work or activities where there is a risk of entanglement or injury.

Contact with water, cosmetics and chemicals

• Avoid contact with water, seawater, pool water, humidity or steam, unless otherwise stated.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics, alcohol, cleaning agents, detergents, chemical products or styling products.
• Contact with sweat, cosmetics or chemicals may cause alteration, oxidation, discoloration or wear.
• It is recommended to put on the jewelry after the use of cosmetics or perfumes has been completed.

Allergies and sensitivities

• Certain materials may cause irritation or an allergic reaction in sensitive individuals.
• In case of itching, irritation, redness, discomfort or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
• The company cannot guarantee that all products are suitable for every skin type or sensitivity.
• The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for personal use.

Storage instructions

• Store jewelry in a dry and clean place.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sun, heat or humidity.
• It is recommended to store items in a soft case, box or pouch to avoid scratches, oxidation or tangling.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the products.

Handmade nature of the products

The products may be handmade or include handmade elements.

Therefore:

• small variations in color, texture, size, shape or finish,
• minor imperfections,
• natural irregularities,
• differences between photos and the final product,
  are considered normal characteristics of handmade creations and do not constitute a defect.

Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to:

use the product as a toy,
allow use by young children without supervision,
modify or disassemble the product,
use the product in a manner different from its intended use,
bring the product into contact with fire or high heat,
swallow any individual parts of the product.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

wear due to normal use,
alteration caused by water, sweat, cosmetics or chemicals,
breakage, loss or damage caused by dropping, pressure or improper use,
allergic or skin reactions due to individual sensitivity,
use by children,
modification or repair by third parties,
damage due to improper storage or maintenance,
any use beyond the intended use.

Use of the product implies acceptance of the above instructions and limitations.

Product Inspection

If the product presents a possible defect or issue:

discontinue use,
do not attempt to repair it,
keep the product and proof of purchase,
contact the company by sending photographs and a description of the issue.

The company reserves the right to inspect the product before any replacement or other action.
