The stained glass products, glass decorations and other glass creations by Maran Creations by MyStates are decorative items and are intended exclusively for the use for which they were designed.

The products may include glass, metal, soldering, sharp points, metal frames or other fragile materials and require special care during transport, placement, use and storage.

General instructions for use

• The products must be used exclusively as decorative objects.
• They are not toys and must not be used by children without adult supervision.
• They must be stored and placed out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid using or placing them in areas where there is a risk of falling, collision or tipping over.
• The products must be placed on a stable and secure surface or support.
• Do not apply pressure, bending or load to the glass parts.

Risk of breakage and injury

• Glass products are fragile and may break if dropped, hit or subjected to stress.
• Breakage of glass or metal components may cause cuts or injury.
• Do not use the product if it shows cracks, dents, instability or wear.
• In case of breakage:
  • stop using it immediately,
  • keep children and pets away,
  • use appropriate protective equipment for cleaning,
  • dispose of the fragments safely.

Installation instructions

• Hanging or securing products is carried out solely under the responsibility of the user.
• The user must choose suitable support points and appropriate fixing materials depending on:
  • the weight,
  • the dimensions,
  • the surface material,
  • and the conditions of the space.
• The company is not liable for product falls due to improper installation, fixing or use.
• In case of doubt, installation by a qualified professional is recommended.

Exposure to sun and heat

• Stained glass and glass products may heat up due to intense sunlight or high temperatures.
• Certain colors, soldering or decorative elements may deteriorate over time due to:
  • sun,
  • humidity,
  • heat,
  • or outdoor conditions.
• Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Clean only with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, corrosive cleaners or sharp objects.
• Do not apply pressure to glass or glued areas during cleaning.
• Before each cleaning or movement, check the product for possible damage or loosened parts.

Handmade nature of the products

The products may be handmade or may include handmade elements.

Therefore:

minor variations in color, soldered joints, texture, design or finish,
bubbles or natural irregularities in the glass,
minor dimensional deviations,
differences from photographs or samples,

are considered normal characteristics of a handmade creation and do not constitute a defect.

Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to:

use the product as a toy,
use it as a food or drink container,
use it as a structural or protective material,
place it in an unsafe or unstable location,
modify or disassemble the product,
expose it to excessive pressure, load or thermal shock.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

breakage caused by falling, impact or improper use,
injuries caused by unsafe handling or cleaning,
damage caused by sunlight, heat, humidity or external factors,
damage caused by improper fixing or placement,
interventions or repairs by third parties,
use beyond the intended purpose,
normal wear or deterioration over time,
minor variations related to the handmade nature of the product.

Use of the product implies acceptance of the above instructions and limitations.

Product Inspection and Problem Reporting

If you believe that the product presents a possible defect or safety issue:

discontinue use,
do not attempt to repair it,
keep the product and proof of purchase,
contact the company by sending photographs and a description of the issue.

The company reserves the right to inspect the product before any replacement, return or other action.
